Frederic Schnur

Frederic Schnur was born in Mexico City and shortly after moved to Germany, where he lived in multiple cities, including Berlin, Hamburg, and Frankfurt. After his stay in Germany, his family relocated to White Plains, New York. During this time, he attended the German International School of New York, where he began to develop bilingual fluency in English and German. After five years in New York, Frederic and his family returned to Hamburg and later moved back to Berlin, where he completed high school. In early 2021, during the Covid 19 Pandemic, Frederic returned to the United States to work as an au pair for a family in Wilmington, NC. During this time, he honed his skills in patience, hard work, dedication, and reliability, excelling in fulfilling his responsibilities to the fullest extent. Frederic entered the real estate world at the age of 20, joining a top-producing team with Keller Williams. Through his commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, he quickly made a name for himself, becoming the youngest agent in his office to achieve "capped" status under the Keller Williams business model. His dedication to success and his ability to build lasting business relationships earned him a promotion to Assistant Manager of the top-producing Hanover Realty Group. In this role, he not only helps lead the team but also manages and drives their social media platforms. Frederic provides guidance and consultation to his fellow agents and proposes innovative strategies and ideas to the team owner to ensure continued growth and success. Even while working as a manager, he continues to actively serve his community as a dedicated realtor.
